The full cost of a package is to be paid in full at the outset.

Cancellation is with 48 hours notice after which the session is lost unless we can reschedule within a week subject to my availability.

Removal of the unwanted:

I will bring bags and boxes and remove unwanted items and distribute them responsibly to charity shops, recycling centre or other agreed places.
